Archiving Policy

Archiving Policy

The International Journal of Developmental Issues in Education and Humanities (IJDIEH) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content. The journal ensures that all articles remain permanently available to the scholarly community through reliable digital archiving systems.

Digital Preservation

The journal utilizes the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, which supports integration with recognized digital preservation services. All published content is securely stored and maintained to ensure continued access without interruption.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

IJDIEH participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which provides free, decentralized preservation services for journals using Open Journal Systems. This ensures that published articles are archived in a distributed network of libraries, safeguarding content against data loss.

LOCKSS/CLOCKSS Archiving

The journal supports archiving through systems such as LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS to ensure redundancy and long-term digital preservation. These systems create multiple copies of content across different locations to protect against data loss and ensure accessibility.

Permanent Accessibility

All articles published in IJDIEH are assigned persistent identifiers and remain permanently accessible through the journal’s website. The journal is committed to maintaining uninterrupted access to its scholarly content for researchers, institutions, and the global academic community.

Content Integrity

The journal ensures the integrity and authenticity of all archived content. Any updates, corrections, or retractions are clearly documented and linked to the original publication to maintain transparency in the scholarly record.
